Odemwingie Set for Hull Switch
West Bromwich Albion forward, Peter Odemwingie appears set for a lifeline from newly-promoted Barclays English Premier League club, Hull City.
The 31-year-old drew the ire of the WBA supporters after attempting to force a move to Queens Park Rangers in January.
He has not started a game since then for the Baggies but his stormy relationship with the club appear set to come to an end with reported interest for his services from the Tigers.
British tabloid, the Mirror, claims that the Nigerian will be sold by West Brom after being omitted from Sunday’s squad for the 5-5 draw against champions, Manchester United for criticising his teammates during a dressing room inquest.
The striker reportedly added to his unpopularity at Albion by moaning in the dressing room after the 4-0 defeat to Norwich.
The Baggies held an inquest after the loss and outspoken Odemwingie is understood to have slammed his teammates.
It is now believed that Hull City are interested but Albion are still holding out over £3 million.
